1) Application online
2) Hirevue quindi colloquio con AI registrato in cui vengono fatte domande trasversali come perchè Amex, perchè questo ruolo, perchè dovremmo scegliere te
3) Colloquio di gruppo in presenza o online in cui vengono erogati due casi studio, uno più verticale sulla posizione e uno trasversale da svolgere in inglese. Successivamente si fa una pausa e si svolge una prova excel
4) Colloquio con Director o VP motivazionale e più di confronto, domande come dove ti vedi fra 5 anni, raccontami di te.

Interview
Online coding challenge, followed by an in person day in Brighton focusing on a team coding challenge. Great fun, loads of friendly interviewers and freedom to express your ideas. This way they can cover your coding skills, teamwork and usual behavioural questions.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Hong Kong) in Mar 2026
Interview
Video Interview, very smooth but the preparation time is very short. Some questions are hard to answer but the limited time force me to answer quickly. There is only one chance for the interview. It can not be stop during the interview period.
Group interview with 5 other people, 30 min for excel in the end. Interview process was very smooth and easy, interviewers were nice. the group interview is the only real selection step after video interview
