Applied online, received an initial interview with Recruiter (about 20 mins long). Sent invite to WebEx Interview ( 2 Hours long group session) I liked the group setting and the process. Management was great and the introduction. Received an offer that day by another recruiter. Very easy process.

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I applied and received a phone interview next day. Had a group interview the following week with the managers and 3 other candidates. Took less than 2 weeks to get hired

A Facebook ad drove me to their website where I applied online and took their lengthy assessment and application. This was 30 days ago. As of yet I have not been contacted either by phone or email for follow up, and their website says they are still accepting applications though the job itself is no longer listed. I was hoping of all the applications to work this job as it would have supplanted the job I was leaving as far as pay and also working from the comfort of my home, but alas nothing yet has fruited from this.
