I had an on campus interview with American Express at my university. The day consisted of two 45 minute interviews with current AMEX professionals. Interview was relatively relaxed. Both interviewers were friendly and the entire interview felt much more like a conversation than an interview. Both interviewers spent the first 10 minutes making small talk before the questions began.
