Interview
Panel interview, pretty basic stuff. Some situational questions and some aptitude questions. Felt like they were checking the HR boxes. Never got an email, phone call or any type of correspondence after the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Energy Partners (Canonsburg, PA) in Mar 2022
Interview
The company contacted a recruiter looking for a controller. The recruiter sent them my resume and they showed interest. A date and time was set for the interview. A lot of time was spent between me and the recruiter to set this up.
When I showed up on time, a new employee told me that the CEO Brad Domitrovitsch had just left and they weren't sure if he would return. After I waited for 30 minutes, I was told that he was not going to return. A day later we were told there was an emergency. A week later we were told they were looking to hire within.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at American Energy Partners (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jan 2015
Interview
Sat down with heads of science and was asked about past experience. I imagine that few interviews are this open and relaxed. the "fit" portion of the interview seemed to be woven into the "capability" portion. Felt liked a calm conversation. Everyone present was very welcoming.
