I was contacted by a recruiter and I had a 30 minute phone screen. About a week later, I was contacted for a virtual panel interview. I was told that the panel interview was the last step. I went about three weeks without hearing anything, despite following up. Eventually the hiring manager contacted me to let me
know they wanted me to meet with the VP of HR. A week and a half after that meeting I learned that I was not selected by noticing the job was reposted and logging into my candidate profile to see a non-selection status. This is no way to treat a candidate that has been involved in the process for well over a month and HR professionals should know that first hand.
