American Eagle Outfitters Manager-In-Training interview questions

The first interview was with the store manager and then after passing that I did a second interview with the district manager. After passing that, they did a background check and after it came back they made me an offer.

Initially applied for the position through the AE careers section of their website. I received an email from HR stating that there's an interested and to call the number to the store that is listed in the email. Interviewed with the Store manager, which was very laid back. A small assessment of character is undertaken on an iPad, which gives you a color grade. If you pass then you meet with the DM. The meet with the DM took place during the same week. It was very laid back with "get to know you" questions. The DM enjoyed discussions about competing retailers such as J.Crew, Gap, etc. I received a phone call request to come in to fill out a background, Got job week later.
