I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters in Nov 2009
Interview
I applied in person, and 2 days later was called in for an interview. The interview was a group one, and there was about 10-12 applicants there. The questions were extremely basic interview questions. After the interview, about 4 people were told they could go, and the rest to stay because we left information off our application. The rest of us were then hired on the spot and we were processed within the next week

Interview
-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
