I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2012
Interview
Easy, personable, met with the store manager and talked about the brand and myself. The manager talked a lot about the company, the role and what it entailed. The interview was at the store - super laid back associates were coming in and out so it was very lax. Tip: wear some AE clothing for the interview!

It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
