I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Belleville, ON) in Nov 2012
Interview
First there was a group interview, after that I was called back for a one on one with the store manager. The group interview was fun and upbeat. The one to one interview was more typical/felt more like a job interview. I wore American Eagle clothing for both interviews (a blazer for the 2nd one, but jeans both times)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the one on one we sat on a bench outside the store. At one point the manager asked me to look at the front of the store and tell her three things that were not right. When I pointed out that an older couple was searching through a table of sweatshirts and looked like they needed help but nobody was near them (it was near christmas time) she asked that I go and assist them.

Interview
-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Interview
Easy interview with manager. We spoke outside about expectations. She was kind and understanding. I interviewed with a couple of people there too. Went over schedule etc. very straight forward and easy
I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Columbia, MD)
Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
