American Dream Home Remodeling interview questions

This company makes it look like they're hiring for a bunch of different positions, but they're all hiring for the same commission-only sales roles. I was in the same interview as a person who thought they were interviewing for a senior marketing position, thinking I was interviewing for an entry-level position handing out flyers. The two people conducting the interview basically begged us to join the company, going on and on about how great it was and not revealing that it was paid by commission only and not base salary + commission (which the listings heavily imply) until I asked them at the very end of their shpiel. They barely asked me and my fellow interviewee any questions, either, but it was very obvious that we should not have been interviewing for the same position. Almost every listing that American Dream Home Remodeling puts up is for the same sales position, regardless of the title, experience supposedly required, or listed salary. Parasitic.
