The first interview was with a friendly recruiter. They were informative, helpful and asked good questions. Then, I had a second interview in person. The second interview contained more challenging questions.

First with a recruiter, then with Operations Director. Both were pleasant and conversational. Applicants are required to take some personality and competency tests previous to second interview. Coast Guard regulations require drug testing prior to employment.
