The hiring and interview process was a joke. The person that interviewed me was over 2 hours late and really didn't talk about the job it self. Everything that was said in the interview DID not happen on the ship.

There was not a difficult or unexpected question that was ask. The interview person did not know what he was talking about. Could not answer any questions about that happens on the boat or anything.
