The interview was very conversational. The recruiter was friendly and asked a lot of situational questions. There are no surprises - mainly want to get to know you and your skills.

I got an email to setup a phone interview, a person from HR called me at the set time and it took about 15 minutes. The questions were generic as they read from a sheet and took notes on my responses.
