I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Campus Communities (Columbia, MO) in Apr 2015
Interview
Easy, non-traditional interview. Felt as they wanted somebody majoring in business or marketing. Also, wanted somebody to stay over the summer to train. When I got there the managers were very approachable, made it seem like you got the job already. They don't call to tell you if you got it or not, just updated jobvite.

Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
