Interview
The first step of the interview process is attending a group interview. Around 30 students are in each group of the interview. Later, interviewers will split you into smaller groups of around 6 people and have you do small activities. The next round of interview will be an individual interview, where you meet with 5 interviewers in a room at the same time and they will take turn asking you questions.

very easy behavioral questions and a team behavioral event before the "Superday" to see how you work in a group. got told 2 days later that i got the job
Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
