I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
Online application, invited to video interview, one week later I received f2f invitation in Dallas TX. The intervew was very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The first one was group work, then 5 to 7 people group interview. After that, a very short presentation. Meanwhile, the recruiters are selecting top candidates. They started calling us one by one. Some are going home, some are taking fingerprints. Then one on one very short interverw, reach test and jumpseat test. They told me will let me know in 1 to 2weeks. I bet some candidates CJO that day. But not me and I did not receive any TBNT mail either. Disappointment is AA is great leader company in airline industry, they could send me at least TBNT email.
