Interview process was over the phone, they asked a series of behavorial and technical questions and then replied to me about 2 months later. I did not get the job but I will admit I did not do much prep

Interview
Phone interview was fine but interviewer didn't give impression of feeling engaged at AA. Skill test was handled unprofessionally. Instructions for the interview weren't followed by the interviewer. Instructions for the test were inconsistent and required followup. Additionally the files did not work, but could be due to having had other unrelated files left open.
