Normal interview process using target selection STAR questions. Interview panel was seasoned operators at the city. Very comfortable setting and great people to have a conversation with. Nothing out of the ordinary

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
Three rounds of interviews and a presentation. Each round was a panel interview. 3-5 on the panel. Cross functional team members on the panel. Panel was friendly and respectful. Great team.
