For the most part, everything went exactly as everyone has stated on here. I am a little confused, though, about the actual ending of the group interview process on the Face to Face. I am not entirely convinced at this point that, if you do not get called out and immediately fingerprinted, you do not get the job. The process is supposed to take about 4 hours, and there were several concerns noted about the weather in destination cities (bad snow storms all over the place). They seemed concerned with making sure that everyone was able to get out to their flights so they could make it home. Several times, they reiterated that it would take up to 2 weeks to get back to you on whether or not you would move forward and that you would be flown back to Dallas and do fingerprinting, background check materials, and physical tests at that time. It is possible they changed their hiring process at the start of this year (being optimistic here, for those of you who may be shaking their heads in pity of my hopefulness...lol). Also, as I was leaving, one of the recruiters passed me and excitedly stated that she hoped to be flying with me soon! We had a little bit more conversation (quickly, as she still had people to remove from the room), but she told me to be ready and keep an eye out for the email for further instructions. I wouldn't think that she would have done that if it were a definite "no".
I'll update on here what happens, job offer or not, for peace of mind for those of you who have the same experience. Either I will be proven wrong, or I can confirm that (if you don't get fingerprinted immediately) it's ok and there is still hope.
