I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2016
Interview
If you pass the video interview and F2F then you will get an email inviting you to training. AA will fly you there (no matter how far). If AA doesn't fly there then another airline will (all paid by AA). You will stay in a hotel quite close to the AA Training Center. You most likely WILL be sharing your hotel room with someone of the same gender in your training class. In the morning (EARLY) you will get on the shuttle to the training center. (again PAID FOR)
