Interview
First they ask you to study for a city code test and then on test day if you pass you will move on to a group interview and if they like you, you get to move to the next level which is choosing your start date for training

Describe a time when you had to handle a difficult customer
Easy interview. Questions were basic. Nothing hard. 5 questions on prior experience and situations. Let your answers be concise and when ask if you have any questions ask them don't be shy.
