On campus recruiting. Went to their booth at a career fair, had a phone screen interview two weeks after. A week after that, had a final round, on-campus interview with a manager. Got an offer two weeks later.

Round one - Virtual, Round two - HQ at Fort Worth 2 interview and Excel test. One person at each interview, nice people with great experience. I recommend learn more about the industry. The Excel test is checking your Excel skills and financial knowledge

The process was fairly smooth. I was contacted by recruiter for interview after online application to set up the interview. It was a virtual interview with 2 current team members.
