After emails, completing the application online and the document application sent to me, I wasn't offered an interview because I refused to provide a picture with my application. After explaining my privacy and EEOC concerns, I was told the interview would not be scheduled without the picture because my file would not be complete. I saved all communications and have filed an EEOC charge.
