Phone/video interview via Microsoft Teams. Explained expected job duties and asked about previous employment. Mostly informal phone interview and asked the standard questions. Also asked me when I was available to start.

Interview
The company has takes a while to make a decision. that involved include; district manager, area manager, some hiring committee on the east coast that are nameless and faceless. They will not hire people convicted of a misdemeanor. the committee chewed on a petty misdemeanor for two weeks.
