First round is virtual. Second round is in office. Interview with 3 senior level mangers at the firm and interact with an associate through out the process. Not super technical at all.

How would a company report a purchase of equipiment?
Phone call first round, Then superday was 3 in person interviews, 45 mins each, then Lunch with all the candidates after. Simple accounting interview questions and behavioral. overall an easy process and everyone was nice.
It was a straight forward and standard interview process with questions relating to what you could find in the IB 400. The second part is a super day with 2-3 seniors interviewing you.
