Interview
The interview process started on campus with a 1 on 1 interview. The second round interview in Houston, at the Bank's headquarters. I was interviewed by 3 different Lenders at the Bank. It was mostly behavioral questions, with one interview including some finance questions.
Phone call first round, Then superday was 3 in person interviews, 45 mins each, then Lunch with all the candidates after. Simple accounting interview questions and behavioral. overall an easy process and everyone was nice.
It was a straight forward and standard interview process with questions relating to what you could find in the IB 400. The second part is a super day with 2-3 seniors interviewing you.
