The process begins with an online assessment. Candidates are then contacted by the HR recruiter for an interview (in my case online). Within the week I was contacted for another interview with the HR manager and the program sponsor for which I needed to prepare a case study and present it before continuing with the regular interview. All fairly straight forward with requirements clearly explained.
