I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ambiopharm (North Augusta, SC) in Feb 2015
Interview
You go through JobShop in Augusta to gain employment there. You'll interview first with Matt (production manager), then Rupoing (VP of Manufacturing), and then a few supervisors, depending on who is working. When Rupoing comes in, she is very rude. All other employees have said this as well. However, if you're there...you pretty much have the job. I haven't heard of anyone getting the interview and then not getting hired. The interview is really easy, except for the part where Ruoping comes in and is mean to candidates and tries to almost convince them not to work there.
Nice and fast just have to wait for your orientation which takes forever. Good starter job to get into your field. Manufacturing Manager isn’t really involved so don’t feel overwhelmed when he comes into the interview to ask you things. Just an intimidation tactic
