Have an interview with a nice HR about the position. We talked about the company and position. It was nice. There would be technical interviews. The position in California. The positive interview process.

general HR questions. It is easy to answer. No prep is needed
The recruiter I worked with was an honest gem until the very end.
She did keep me informed and up to date on the process, it was extremely lengthy.
Interview wise, everyone seemed alright. The final interview with a certain executive was interesting to least say.
A few employees and recruiter did warn me he was a character.
The interview provided by the executive was irrelevant to the role and honestly a joke. Not to mention felt ableist.
The company seems to be extremely disorganized and it didn’t instill confidence in me that it would last.
Considering how much of a joke that interview was, I’d run.
The recruiter didn’t send a final formal reject as well, no updates at all after that.

There were multiple interviews: recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, onsite interview (3 rounds - hiring manager, VP of engineering, peer product manager interview), and then take home case assignment. There might be another round but I didn't make it that far
