Amadeus Business Optimization Manager interview questions

The whole process took roughly three months, with three phone interviews (HR, Manager and Head) followed by an on-site interview day (within the HQ in Madrid), with three more interviews and a business case. The recruitment process was a thorough and challenging one, but exciting and pleasant on the other hand. Very professional interviewers and a nice office environment as I could notice. Unfortunately the process ended without an offer, due to other (not-interview related) reasons.
