I went through four rounds of 45-minute interviews for this position, including the initial screening call. Throughout, the HR rep (Brad) was vocal and upfront about timelines, flagging when there might be a delay, keeping me apprised of the process all throughout. I interviewed with Brad, followed by my (now) manager, a teammate, and the company's CEO, all of which were scheduled for 45 minutes, but went longer because of great conversation. None of these interviews felt like I was being asked list of checkbox items - there was a natural back-and-forth based on thoughtful, insightful questions. Overall, it took about 2.5 months from initial contact to an offer, which feels like the standard for me given the nature of the work. I enjoyed the process, and never felt like I was being made to wait unnecessarily thanks to Brad checking in.
