Interview from recruiter outreach. Current MBB and ex-aerospace Straightforward process with manual interview scheduling back and forth. - 1R with junior person, more motivation. Easy - 2R with Engagement manager, fit and aviation case. Easy - Excel test - difficult to complete all in the time, but manageable. Passed - Case study. Easy. Presented to c.10 people virtually - was not offered a position after the case (a bit of a shock given my background and caliber of people met)
