resume screening, first round interviews with junior analysts (1-year) on campus and then final round with three higher-level employees at the office; straightforward process, friendly staff; some senior interviewers will put you through stress test (which is common) but mostly a good learning experience

In-person first round interview at my college's career center. Met with two different people at the company, both interviews had a behavioral and a case interview section. The interviews lasted about 45 minutes each. Very heavy on quantitative; lots of math.

On campus interview and then I was called in for a final round at their offices in Boston. The on campus interview consisted of speaking with two Associates at the firm for 30 minutes each and then doing a case study with each of them--focusing on TMT.
