      Not too difficult at all. Very thorough I’d say to be prepared but don’t over complicated the interview process. It would be a good idea to have a plan on how you would carry your business before interviewing

      Personality exam, interview screen, two follow up interviews with different managers. All interviews were about 30 minutes. Each interviewer was professional yet personable. Overall, a great experience with genuine individuals.

      Screen interview w/ recruiter & phone interview w/ Regional Sales Manager.

      Question 1

      Nothing really sticks out, but it was kind of bizarre how they didn't have any F2F interviews. I heard some people had Skype interviews and/or F2F, but after working there and seeing how they bait & switched their reps from W-2 to 1099 in a premeditated manner it now makes sense why they didn't invest in the recruitment process when their employees are so expendable.
