Interview
The interview process was well organized and professional. It consisted of an initial interview with members of the accounting team, where I was asked about my academic background, previous co-op experience, and interest in the role and the company. The questions were mainly behavioral and situational, focusing on teamwork, time management, and basic accounting knowledge. Overall, the interview was straightforward and conducted in a welcoming and supportive manner.
