The manager explained the tasks I would take responsibility for in detail and openly shared fund knowledge. he created a comfortable time for the interview. I had a very good interview and learn new knowledge about fund in the interview.

Interview
The first interview is a 15/20 minute phone call interview followed by an hour technical exam. After that, there is a video call interview with 2 of the hiring managers for approx 45 minutes.
Long process before being called for an interview but once you received the call, things get quicker ! The you get to the beautiful rooms at the top of the building to pass short job interview and accounting tests (1hr)
