The interview was a group interview where the manager asked STAR questions and the group could answer whichever/however many questions they wanted. They like people who are very personable and chatty so make sure to speak up and also listen/pay attention to the other group members answers.

My interview process at Alter'd State was very casual and welcoming. It was a group interview with two other candidates and lasted about 30 minutes. The interview focused on getting to know us rather than asking difficult technical questions. We were asked basic behavioral questions such as "Tell me about yourself" and "Describe a time you had to overcome an obstacle." The atmosphere was relaxed, and it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.
