Interview
It is a very regular interview process where they are trying to see if you would be a good fit to manage shifts while leading to the team to accomplish their sales goals.

They asked me what was the most important aspect of guest experience.
The Interview process was quite simple, since I was already a brand rep. The district leaders interview you to make sure you are serious about the position and that they are going to have you around for at least a year if not more.

Interview
There was one-panel interview that consisted mainly of basic behavioral questions. Since I was promoting within, I was directly interviewed by the district managers, and not the store leader. At the most, the interview was probably 30 minutes.
