AltaVista Strategic Partners interview questions

The interview process was very straightforward, I was brought in to do an interview-person interview in their office and met with the hiring manager, HR representative, and a member of senior leadership. The interview was fairly straightforward and everyone was very nice.

The interview process consisted of various questions that are usually asked during job interviews. There were three interviews in total. The first interview begins as a 20-minute screening phone call with your typical questions about your strengths, weaknesses, and motivations. After you fit their description, you will be approved for the second interview in the building. You walk to the building where they will buzz you in. Afterwards, you will take the elevator to their floor number which they will tell you beforehand. You will then be greeted by the recruited/HR professional who will walk you to the conference room. Afterwards, they will ask a series of questions that other recruiters will ask such as, "why did you leave your last employer" or "why should we hire you" and even "what did you do at your last job?"
