I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alta California Regional Center (Sacramento, CA) in Jul 2020
Interview
Phone interview. I think that I was just shocked that I had even received a call back from them concerning my application.
Not too crazy about who was interviewing me. I thought that it was weird that they were asking me what pay range was I thinking about or how soon could I start. I don't believe those things matter. Like salary and hiring processes have never been at my discretion.
No second round for me, which is the in-person interview.

Question 1
It's Friday and this weekend you have an event that is non-negotiable(you must attend). A client on your caseload is having a crisis. How would you handle this?

Interview
Not too extensive of an interview. I didn’t have much industry experience but I showed enthusiasm and compassion for people with disabilities, and I got the position. Had multiple managers interview me as a group panel.
