I have applied and although I had the skills they were looking for, I wouldn't even get an email thanking me for the effort. The posting was clearly set up so that people waste their time to apply, when in fact they already have someone in mind.

Online because of covid and generally not a difficult interview. I enjoyed the interview and encourage people to apply interested in real estate. Make sure to have a question to ask them prepared before going in, will help your case
