In depth chat with the web team for an entry-level role. Great discussion around the role, previous experience, company culture, future opportunities, how the teams operate, day-to-day workload and professional development.

There was interviews in both offices with a wide range of staff. The process comprised of four major meetings. Design, Business, Technical, and culture fit. Everyone at the company was friendly and very nice to talk to. Some even had fun questions to ask that were personality and culture related.
