Great interview process, and extremely easy to follow. Typically follows a three interview format, starting with an introductory behavioral interview, moving towards a case study interview, and ending with one final behavioral interview.

Why are you considering starting your career at Alphasights?
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
