Interview
First Interview after phone call, around 50 mins, both English and chinese, with HR, 50% english, 50% chinese, online call, arrange time yourself on a platform. Requirements written in the email that you can prepare ahead of time
Not too easy it was three rounds- one intro call then case and then behavioral. 20 minute then an hour and another hour. The case is the hardest part of the process.

Interview
First had a virtual AI interview, then a remote interview with someone from HR. Mostly behavioral questions, and questions testing understanding of AlphaSights and role. Was provided materials about the role and company before interview, and they proved very helpful.
The interview process itself is extremely length. There are three rounds of interviews and the final interview is a "case" study, in which they give you a business problem that a client has and then ask you to find a few experts who can help the client. As I mentioned before, this just means hunting down people on LinkedIn.
