Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Applied online, had to do a personality test and answer some admin questions before doing an initial phone screening which completely put me off the company. The recruiter seemed like they didn't want to be there from start to finish, that they had zero interest and I'm pretty sure they were reading from a script the entire time. If a company cares that little about its future employees to hire an incompetent recruiter, it sure says a lot about what would follow.

The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
