I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first roundne interview with a recruiter who asked a lot of behavioral questions. However, the recruiter did not seem enthusiastic or inter was a basic phoested. The second round involved a case study with unexpected questions, but I felt confident about my responses. The last round was a behavioral interview with a senior VP whod strange questions, showing disinterest and rudeness. Despite feeling that I did well, I was su asked random anrprised to be rejected. Overall, the company's interview process was unhelpful, and I would not recommend it. I also have concerns about the company's culture and find it suspicious.
Three rounds - first round general competency, second round case study and phone call role play, third round an hour long competency and experience interview with a VP. Third round was a longer and more difficult version of first round. Second round involved one case study with access before, and the second case study was done on the spot.

Interview with VP(?)
3-4 stages, last stage was really unexpected a far more intense behavioural and background interview, wasn't really given any materials from the company. However HR was super helpful whenever I reached out.
