I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
Three stages including a personality test, a written response and a video-recorded interview. You are given 72 hours to complete all three tasks and you get 30-60 seconds to answer 4 questions in the video-recording stage where a question pops up 5 seconds before the recording. Questions are fairly straightforward and the process is over fairly quickly. Once all three components have been completed, they will get back to you within 2 weeks with their decision.

Question 1
What was your first job? What do AlphaSights do in your own words?
For my phone interview, the interviewer seemed impatient and did not try to engage. Just asked questions and recorded my responses. Phone interviews are difficult as is, but compared to other phone interviews I have had, this one seemed the most unfriendly. Made it difficult for me to feel comfortable throughout the short conversation we had.
After several rounds of virtual video questions that i had to submit, i went to the office and was given case exercises in linkedin search optimization + a behavior interview
