Interview
It was a video assessment. After submitting my application I received an email with a personality test and a link to access a video assessment. You have to answer 5 questions and the link can only be accessed once. The questions are really easy, but I think it is important to prepare as you only have 60 seconds to answer each question.

What do we do?/What book are you currently reading? What's your leadership style?
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

Interview
It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
