1. Online Application: CV + Motivation letter (200 words)
2. Video Assesment: You sit in front of your computer and have to do the assessment online. You will be asked a question (in total 5) and then have 15 seconds to prepare. Then you talk for 1 minute about the topic and then the process starts again. After the last question is recorded, everything is directly send to the recruiter. Overall the assessment is aimed at testing your spontaneity and to see whether you can talk rather freely.
3. The next step will be to have a personal interview with a recruiter (either via Skype or in person) - Still in the process of scheduling it.
