The interview process was a bit lengthy but easy to prepare for. Large emphasis on behavioral questions at each of the three stages.
For the case study, practice finding experts in a time crunch and being able to justify your decisions. This part is more about how receptive you are to feedback rather than finding a perfect expert.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
